“I have been obsessed with fabric and wall covering since I was a young girl......my grandmother would take me to fabric stores encouraging me to buy anything off the remnant rack to make new clothes or accessories. My love of fashion led me to interiors and marrying the two passions have inspired me throughout my career. I approach both as a layered process, just as the outfit needs the perfect accessory, so does your room.”

After embarking on a career in the men's fashion industry, Mary Beth Haggerty embarked on a career in Interior Design. With early career positions in Fashion, transitioning into home interiors seemed natural. Founded in 1997 by Mary Beth Haggerty, The Drawing Room Interior Design specializes in residential design and interior merchandising for the multi-family residential sector., With 24 years’ experience in residential and commercial design and merchandising and experience as The Drawing room offers a full scope of interior design services for the savvy homeowners and commercial property professionals who are educated in trends, quality and investment opportunities.
